ABOUT VIRTUAL WGC 2010
Virtual WGC 2010
You are welcomed at website Virtual WGC2010. You can experienced real enviroment of World gliding championship. This portal has been created for all fans of virtual flying and thanks to special simulator Condor it is possible to approximate enviroment of WGC2010 and glider flying to wide public.
Our main goal is to create parallel competition with real WGC2010 in dates between 3.7.2010 – 18.7.2010. Same tasks, same scoring, same rules and as approximate wheater simulation as simulator Condor can get. We also preparing official precompetition of WGC2010 between dates 4.8.2009 – 15.8.2009.
Every winner in certain class of virtual WGC2010 get diploma from real commission of championship and with signature of World Champion of real WGC2010 in certain class. Winners of precompetition will receive same trophies.
Until this dates we will bring you several training competition, where you will be able to test scenery, enviroment, increase your skill and have fun with us. In other words this is place where you can fly with real pilots.

Winners of Virtual WGC 2010 Prievidza
Congratulations to winners of 31st Virtual World Gliding Championship. Best result from world class goes to Tomasz Siejek from Poland. He will receive Diploma signed by Couture Laurent World champion in World Class. Winners of Standard class are in reverse order at 3rd place Marcin May who will receive diploma signed by Michael Buchthal 3rd world best pilot in standard class. 2nd place goes to Andrzej Czop who will also receive diploma signed by Mario Kiessling 2nd world best pilot in standard class. Finally 1st place goes to Sergey Prochorov from Ukraine who will receive diploma signed by Sebastian Kawa the world champion in standard class. Congratulations to all pilots who participate in this competition.

Official scenery has been released
Thanks to Milos Koch's great work official scenery for virtual world gliding championship 2010 in Prievidza has been published today. HD textures are recommended for better feel of reality. Its available for download from here

New Patch with new towing plane
